Shipping Policy (Global)

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse:
15201 N Commerce Dr, Dearborn, MI 48120, USA.

Processing time

  • Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed after 14:00 Eastern Time process the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Service & cost

  • Service: Standard shipping only (no express at this time).

  • Cost: Free on every order, to every destination we serve.

  • Carrier may vary by destination; we route via reliable postal/parcel networks and hand off to trusted local carriers for final delivery.

Times are typical—customs, remote areas, weather, or carrier backlogs can add days.

North America

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe (EU)

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: 6–12 business days

Europe (non-EU)

  • Norway, Switzerland: 7–14 business days

  • Türkiye: 8–15 business days

  • Russia: 12–25 business days

Middle East & North Africa

  • United Arab Emirates, Israel, Morocco: 7–14 business days

  • South Africa: 10–18 business days

Asia–Pacific

  • Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea: 7–14 business days

  • Azerbaijan: 10–18 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 8–15 business days

We may split your order into multiple parcels to speed things up—this won’t cost you extra.

Tracking

  • All standard shipments include tracking (some economy lanes update less frequently).

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after you receive the tracking email for the first scan to appear.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are paid by the customer.

  • If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes and returned or abandoned, we may deduct associated carrier/return fees from any refund.

Address changes, delivery issues & failed delivery

  • Address changes/cancellations: Possible only before fulfilment—contact us immediately with your order number.

  • If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or non-collection, we’ll refund the product cost once received back, less any carrier return fees. Reshipments require a new order.

Damaged, missing, or lost parcels

  • Damaged on arrival / missing items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Lost in transit: If there’s no movement for 15 business days (international) we’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve with a replacement or refund per the outcome.

Pre-orders & back-orders

  • Orders containing pre-order/back-order items ship when all items are in stock, unless we offer and you select split shipping at checkout.

Holiday & peak periods

  • During peak seasons (e.g., November–January), processing and transit times may extend by a few days. Ordering early is recommended.
